6 Books that shifted my mindset, and Guided me on my New Journey

People always ask me, “How do I do it?” How do I manage to maintain a healthy diet, exercise daily, have my stress managed, find the time to care for myself?

Trust me, it wasn’t always butterflies and rainbows. I had to grow and learn a lot and that took investments. When I say investments I mean: investing my time into myself, instead of watching TV I would read a chapter of a book, or I would go for a walk outside. I made myself a priority, I made mistakes, I failed at some things, and I blossomed at some. Everyone’s journey is different, the most I can do is help and guide you onto your path; it is then your decisions and your choices that are going to decipher the outcome.

One of the investments I made in myself was reading. Ever since I was a child I loved to read, my favorite book will always be “To Kill a Mockingbird.” But, along with reading, I also loved to learn. The idea that I could expand my knowledge and achieve anything I want by simply learning and trying, absolutely mesmerized me.

Below I have linked the books that shifted my mindset, the way I thought, how I approached situations and how I approached myself. These books helped to guide me on my journey and gave me very valuable lessons and information that I can continue to use through my entire life, and I hope they benefit you as they have me!
