Why I Created my Blog

Why did I decide to create a workout course? Why talk about gut health? Why do I share my spiritual awakening? Why do I even have this blog?

These are all questions, not from others, but from myself. When I first created Wellness Wonders, I constantly wondered will this work, and everyday I always questioned why? What was the purpose, what was the drive I had that led me to create a blog about wellness and creating a healthy lifestyle? The truth is, I cannot give you a single answer. I cannot even begin to answer all the questions I have ever asked myself; and instead of creating a bizarre conclusion that would satisfy my question, I asked myself another question. Why not? 


Why create a blog? Why not?


Why not, the most simple, socratic method, and also one of the most powerful. I enjoy what I do, over the years I have come to respect and prioritize my health and well-being. I feel amazing, and I am proud to say, this is the healthiest I have ever been! Underneath the beauty and aesthetic of a healthy lifestyle, are the scars, and dark situations I had to learn and grow from. I struggled with body dysmorphia since elementary school, developed my first eating disorder at the age of 12, and for the next 8 years struggled with 2 more, some overlapping with others. I took medications for depression, I abused pills for weight loss. I was a victim of “diet culture,” I had no idea how to properly care for my body, or my mental health. 


The best thing I can say is, the reason I wanted to create a blog that allows my readers to get insight, and take my courses on Healthy Eating Habits, Workouts, Dancing, and Spirituality, is simply because those are the things that helped me. That is what saved me, my experience, knowledge, and growth over the years made me realize that I wanted to share this valuable information. I am a natural healer, and I love to teach and help people become the very best versions of themselves, that is one of the biggest things that brings me joy in life. 


Another big takeaway is that I am a human.

My courses are videos with my face, and my voice! They are all created and demonstrated by me, to give you a piece of my life and myself in the courses. The way I talk is in a way that connects with people and makes everyone feel safe and comfortable, I show my real, authentic body in my workout and dance courses. My body is unique, I am strong, muscular,

I have a lower belly, I have a wide rib cage, sometimes I slouch. All of that is valid and beautiful, I show you that a healthy lifestyle and someone who teaches and works on it for a living is human. I am a real human with flaws, breakdowns, health problems, weight fluctuations, cravings etc. I show you that the “perfect” healthy lifestyle doesn’t exist, only one perfect lifestyle exists and that is designed strictly for you. It will still have bad days and flaws, but that is what makes it real, and that is what makes you special, and beautiful. 


I am here for you. This is a safe space these blog posts and courses are for you.
